Playa Esmeralda Vacation Home Up To 14 People is set in Bradenton Beach, 1.2 km from Coquina Beach, 23 km from The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, and 10 km from Anna Maria City Pier. We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

Pirates Pointe Resort is located in Ruskin and features a heated pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

Palmetto Pines Paradise is a recently renovated holiday home in Cape Coral, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, free bikes and garden. A lot of space,open living room and kitchen. Good beds, nice pool. Good neighborhood. Big garage. Big and almost new TVs. Looks like it was renovated like half a year ago!

Sterling Reef 706 is a beachfront property set in Panama City Beach, 3.9 km from Ripley's Believe it or Not! and 4.6 km from Gulf World Marine Park. We loved the location of the property. The beach front with the balcony was great to have snacks and meals. The chairs with the umbrella that came with the property on the beach made everything a breeze.
